my PilatesSTRONG - strength in form is a Pilates Reformer studio located in the The MarketPlace of beautiful downtown San Elijo Hills in San Marcos, California. We are dedicated to the art and training of Pilates. Our emphasis is guiding your body to use the right form to best maximize your strength, balance, flexibility, agility & mobility. Low impact, instructor-led group classes and/or Private or Semi-Private (Duet) classes will give you the tools to help create a leaner, stronger, more powerful body and mind.

We are made up of an awesome crew of people who have discovered, believe and attest to the world of Pilates. my PilatesSTRONG has a mission to be a place where anyone can come, get fit, get strong and feel healthy. Our approach to mind and body fitness sets us apart from other studios. We look at the big picture and combine the best aspects of Pilates to embody this approach and redefine what a Pilates Studio can be.

I have been going to my PilatesSTRONG since they opened and love it. The studio is clean, cute, has lots of space and natural light. All the reformers and equipment are top quality and new. Classes are held every day (Sundays starting April) and throughout the day so there are options to accommodate busy schedules. The pricing is very competitive. Classes are challenging and fun. Students and teachers are friendly and supportive. The instructors are experienced and give excellent verbal cuing to make sure form is correct and you are getting maximum benefit. Consider a private session for fine tuning!

Love this studio and instructors. Clean, welcoming, and instructors offer different techniques, and even body specific class which not all studios do. So glad I found them!
